Knowledge Aims: Students can read articles introducing food culture, understand the characteristics of food culture in different countries; understand traditional Chinese food culture and table manners, and promote cultural dissemination.

Ability Aims: Students will be able to write an email explaining a meal plan and specifying the reasons for choosing a restaurant.

Emotional Aims: Students summarize and reflect on learning methods and strategies through self-evaluation, develop good study habits, and improve language learning and application ability.

重点与难点

Key points: group discussion, choose a suitable restaurant, and give reasonable reasons to strongly recommend Chinese cuisine.

Difficult points: Write emails, explain meal plans, and logically explain why you choose a restaurant.
